Choosing a Care Package

Home care offers the extra support, reassurance and companionship that may be needed for you to continue living at home, as independently as possible.

There are times when we all need a little extra support. Whether it is help with the household chores, personal care, medication or mobility. A dedicated carer or personal assistant can be there to provide this additional peace of mind.

But home care is not confined to the home. Your chosen carer can enable you to get out and about to pursue your hobbies, interests and living an independent life. You can even receive support while you’re on holiday or on visits to see family and friends.

You can arrange daily or weekly visits at times that suit, whether this is during the day or overnight. Visits can be flexible to meet your needs. Our visits run from four hours up to 24/7 care.

Paying for Care

Getting a clear picture of your funding options

Understanding your home care funding options can be daunting, that’s why we try to keep it simple.

We will always be upfront and transparent about our home care costs and we are able to provide an approximate quote over the phone. One of our Local Care Managers will visit you in your home, to meet face-to-face and check we’ve got everything covered. We will then confirm the cost of your care package. There are no hidden costs or lengthy notice periods to complicate matters at a time that is stressful enough.

Home care costs will differ depending on your needs. Care is charged at an hourly rate. We can discuss the level of care that is right for you and whether the cost of home care is financially sustainable for you and your family.

Although the majority of our families are paying for their care privately, there may be the opportunity for you to access home care funding from either your Local Authority or Clinical Commissioning Group. In these cases we work with the funding body to get the support you need in place and give you a better quality of life at home.

We can help you arrange home care and understand the types of financial support available.
